The Central Electronic Services Portal allows implementation of the administrative procedure 156.15.22-2 “Approval of local regulatory legal acts of the securities market operators and/or clearing agencies, and any amendments thereto” in the electronic format.
The administrative procedure is implemented by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus for access with strong authentication (accessed using an electronic digital signature of the RCC SMSPK).
The parties interested in implementing AP 156.15.22-2 are legal entities that are the securities market operators and/or clearing agencies.
The service is free. An administrative decision in the form of an electronic document signed by EDS is sent to the party concerned through the CESP within ten business days of the date of the relevant decision.
Thus, 44 types of administrative procedures and 109 types of electronic services are available on the CESP.
