Online Issue of EDS Certificates for Legal Entities Possible

Since 5 October, the National Centre for Electronic Services (NCES) has been offering its customers a new online service for remotely obtaining an electronic digital signature certificate for legal entities. To do this, you will need to use the following services:

6.0.01 Remote issuance of a certificate for a legal entity using a valid certificate (Employee);

6.0.02 Remote issuance of a certificate for a legal entity using a valid certificate (Employer).

What is the mechanics of your actions?

An employee whose EDS certificate is about to expire can do the following:

to enter his/her client area on the unified e-services portal using the Internet Explorer browser;

to choose 6.0.01 service;

to create a request file in accordance with the instruction;

to import the created request file and specify his/her contact details.

Then you should notify the head of your organisation about the need to confirm the request on the unified e-services portal. To do this, the head of the legal entity should perform the following actions:

to enter his/her client area on the unified e-services portal using the Internet Explorer browser;

to choose 6.0.02 service;

to click on the check-box next to the requests of those employees whose certificate issuance is confirmed;

to pay for the service.

How do you pay?

You can pay only in the course of receiving the service in one of the following ways:

through ASSIST by entering the bank card details;

through ERIP using the order number generated by the service; open the following tabs: ERIP – Electronic government – OAIS – Electronic OAIS services;

through the Online Banking. (The Subscriber makes an advance payment of the cost of the service (s) based on the generated invoice by transferring funds to the settlement account of the National Certification Centre. Be sure to indicate the invoice number in the payment order for the transfer of funds.

How to understand that a new EDS public key certificate has been issued and can be used?

Upon confirming the payment, the system will automatically issue certificates to the checked employees and save them in the certificate store.

The details of access to the cloud store will be displayed in the clients areas of the employees. These details will further be sent to the contacts specified by the employees (via SMS and e-mail).
