From March 20, amendments to the Belarusian Visa Regulations shall come into force in accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 953 as of December 16, 2024 "On Amending the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1065 as of July 15, 2010", including with regard to the issuance of entry electronic visas to the Republic of Belarus through the Nationwide Automated Information System.
From March 20, a new electronic service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus 3.04.01 “Issuance of electronic visas” will be available for order on the E-Pasluga Unified Portal of E-Services.
Consumers are individuals – non-residents of the Republic of Belarus.
The Consumers' access to the e-visa service is performed through non-strong authentication (using login and password or using external authentication services (Google, Apple)).
Upon provision of the e-visa issuance service, the Consumer receives a notice of issuance of an e-visa and a pdf-file of the e-visa in the form approved by the Visa Regulations.
To verify the e-visa, scan the QR code of the e-visa in the E-Pasluga mobile app.

To register in your Personal Account and receive the “Issuance of electronic visas” service, you must enter the authorization code from the SMS message sent to the consumer.
SMS messaging is being currently organized through mobile operators in Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Australia, Bahrain, Barbados, Belgium, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Chile, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominica, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Japan, Korea, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Micronesia, Monaco, North Macedonia, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Romania, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, San Marino, Seychelles, Singapore, Slovenia, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Vatican.
SMS messaging is further organized through other foreign mobile operators. The list of foreign countries will be supplemented as the work is finalised.
