Since January 1, 2026, new administrative procedures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus are available for ordering on the unified portal of electronic services «E-Pasluga»:
- 548.5.9.1 State registration of a vehicle;
- 548.5.9.2 Amending documents related to the state registration of a vehicle, obtaining a vehicle registration certificate in the event of its loss or obtaining such a certificate to replace a technical passport;
- 548.5.9.3 Deregistration of a vehicle;
- 200.15.4 Exchange, replacement of lost (stolen) driving licence as well as driving licence issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR;
- 200.15.11 State registration of a vehicle (except for wheeled tractors, trailers, semi-trailers);
- 200.15.14 Deregistration of vehicles;
- 200.15.15 Amending documents related to state registration of vehicles, issuing a vehicle registration certificate in case of loss (theft) or issuing such a certificate to replace a technical passport;
- 548.3.9.6 Obtaining conclusions on the compliance of the construction facility being accepted into operation with the permitting and design documentation (upon acceptance of roads, technical means of traffic management, road structures, railway crossings, overhead contact networks of urban electric transport and tramways) and, with regard to construction projects being built in accordance with Decree No. 46 of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated January 31, 2025, on compliance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, including mandatory requirements of technical regulatory legal acts;
- 548.3.14.2 Approval of project documentation for the construction, reconstruction and major repair of roads, road structures, railway crossings, overhead contact networks for urban electric transport and tramways in terms of road safety;
- 548.5.26.1 Approval of the opening or modification of a passenger transport route in regular service;
- 548.5.26.2 Approval of project documentation for the installation and operation of technical means of traffic management;
- 548.5.26.3 Approval of traffic management plans for all types of road works, mass events, sporting events and other events that create obstacles to the movement of vehicles, self-propelled machines, pedestrians;
- 548.5.26.5 Obtaining technical requirements for intelligent transport system components.
