Since 1 April, a new administrative procedure the regulatory authority of which is the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus has been posted on the Unified Portal of Electronic Services “E-Pasluga”: 548.14.4.2 “State Registration of Stock Issue, Additional Stock Issue, except for Stocks Placed Using Foreign Depositary Receipts and Through Public Offering”.
The parties in interest regarding this administrative procedure are joint-stock companies.
