NCES presents a central electronic services portal, platform.gov.by, which is to engage Belarusian citizens in the world of e-government, to offer a simple and effective way to receive public services and administrative procedures in digital form. The portal provides access to electronic databases of various institutions and allows individuals, legal entities and government agencies to get services in the field of social protection and taxation, land and property regulation and government procurement, court proceedings, trade, finance, etc.
