Since January 9, 2025, new administrative procedures of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus are available for ordering on the common portal of electronic services “E-Pasluga”:
548.22.7.2 “Refund of money paid in payment for the cost of returned unused excise stamps”;
548.22.7.3 “Receipt of a decision on realization of excise stamps for relabeling of alcoholic beverages with damaged excise stamps”;
548.22.8.3 “Refund of money paid in payment for the cost of returned unused control marks”;
548.22.8.4 “Offsetting of monetary funds paid to the republican budget on account of fulfillment of tax obligations on taxes, levies (duties), payment of penalties on them, fines imposed by tax authorities or courts on the results of consideration of cases on administrative offenses, protocols on the performance of which were drawn up by officials of tax authorities, payment of other charges to the budget, control over which is entrusted to tax authorities, and (or) their refund”;
548.1.1.2 “Offsetting of overpaid (recovered) amounts of income tax for foreign organizations that do not operate in the Republic of Belarus through a permanent establishment”;
548.1.1.4 “Refund of overpaid (recovered) taxes, fees (duties), penalties”;
548.1.1.5 “Refund of overpaid (recovered) amounts of income tax for foreign organizations that do not operate in the Republic of Belarus through a permanent establishment”.
