Starting from February 13, 2026, new administrative procedures of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Belarus are available for request on the Unified Portal of Electronic Services «E-Pasluga»:
- 200.6.10 Professional certification in the housing and communal services sector and issuance of a certificate of completion of professional certification;
- 200.1.1.5 Decision on registration (or reinstatement on the register) of citizens in need of improved housing conditions; changes to the family composition under which a citizen is registered; inclusion in separate waiting lists; division (merging) of housing queues; re-registration of the queue from a citizen to an adult family member;
- 200.1.1.18 Decision on the provision of rental housing.
