Since December 26, new administrative procedures of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus have been available for order on the common portal of electronic services “E-Pasluga”:
548.6.10.1 “Obtaining a decision on granting a geological allotment with issuance of an act certifying the geological allotment in accordance with the established procedure”;
548.6.10.2 “Obtaining a decision on granting a mining allotment with the issuance of act certifying the mining allotment in accordance with the established procedure”;
548.6.34.1 “Obtaining a permit for removal or replanting of vegetation objects”;
548.6.30.1 “Obtaining approval of the conservation project, re-conservation project, liquidation project for mining enterprises related to the development of deposits of strategic minerals (their parts), minerals of limited distribution (their parts), underground facilities not related to mining, amendments to the conservation project of these mining enterprises”;
548.6.30.2 “Obtaining approval of the conservation project, re-conservation project, liquidation project of mining enterprises related to the development of deposits of commonly occurring minerals (their parts), amendments to the conservation project of these mining enterprises”;
548.6.30.3 “Obtaining approval of the conservation project, re-conservation project, liquidation project of mine workings associated with the development of deposits of strategic minerals (their parts), minerals of limited distribution (their parts), amendments to the conservation project of these mine workings”;
548.6.30.4 “Obtaining approval of the conservation project, re-conservation project, liquidation project of mine workings associated with the development of deposits of commonly occurring minerals (their parts) and mine workings intended for underground water extraction, amendments to the conservation project of these mine workings”;
548.6.21.5 “Obtaining a conclusion on approval of the act of inventory of pollutant emissions into the atmospheric air”.
