From September 12 to 14, in St. Petersburg, with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation, the XXI international conference on the issues of public key infrastructure and electronic signature “RKI-Forum Russia 2023” is being held.
The National Center for Electronic Services is represented at the Forum by Vladimir Basko, head of the republican certification center, and Dmitry Moskalev, deputy head of the republican certification center.
On September 13, at the session “Cross-border recognition of electronic signatures” of the Forum, Dmitry Moskalev made a report on the topic “Fundamental differences in the functioning of the EAEU IIS DTS service and commercial DTSs.”
